Eligibility:
- You are physically fit and have adequately trained for the distance you are registered for.
- You are at least the minimum age required for your chosen event.
- You are aware of and accept the inherent risks associated with running a marathon.
Medical:
- You are responsible for informing race organizers of any medical conditions or medications you are taking.
- You agree to withdraw from the race if you experience any medical issues during the event.
Rules and Regulations:
- You will abide by all race rules and regulations as outlined in the official race manual.
- You will wear your bib prominently and visibly on the front of your torso throughout the race.
- You will not tamper with or alter your bib in any way.
- You will follow the designated course and checkpoints.
- You will treat fellow participants, volunteers, and officials with respect.
- You are prohibited from using any performance-enhancing drugs or substances.
- Seva Bharathi holds the rights to use pictures captured during the event of the participants solely for the promotion of the event or to amplify the initiatives of the organization.
Liability:
- You participate in this marathon at your own risk.
- The organizers disclaim all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages suffered by participants during the event.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers and sponsors from any liability arising from your participation.
Partner terms:
- This is a charity Run for a cause - to support Girl child education.
- Please register for an event with care, confirmed registrations are non-refundable, non-transferrable and cannot be modified.
- Provide us with a secure email address that you can access regularly, as this will be our primary means of contacting you during the run up to the event.
- Please fill out the correct address information as it might be needed to send you medals , T shirts etc if you have opted for it.
- By registering you agree that long distance running is an extreme sport and can be injurious to body and health. And you have necessary training for the event.
- You also assume all risks associated with participating in this event including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat or humidity, traffic and the condition of the road, arson or terrorist threats and all other risks associated with a public event.
- You agree to abide by the instructions provided by the organizers from time to time in the best interests of your health and event safety.
- You confirm that your name and media recordings taken during your participation may be used to publicize the Event.
- You understand that confirmed registrations and merchandise orders are non-refundable, non-transferrable and cannot be modified. The organizers reserve the right to reject any application without providing reasons. Any amount collected from rejected applications alone will be refunded in full (excluding bank charges wherever applicable).
- The organizers will contact the runners only by email or phone number. Any notice sent to the email address or phone number registered with the Organizers shall be deemed as received by the runner.
- Our Platform enables a transaction between you and the event organizers, and Our Platform is not liable for any payment related issues.

- Event organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any run in view of natural disasters like storms, floods, medical epidemics, COVID in addition to terrorist attacks, labor protests and many other things.

- Run for Girl Child is the annual fundraising marathon event happening in Hyderabad to support Kishori Vikas - unique initiative of Seva Bharathi, Telangana.
- Seva Bharathi is a voluntary organization with its commitment for human values and indigenous efforts. Some of the programs that Seva Bharathi has been involved in are:
- providing education to the needy,
- healthcare to the under privileged in remote areas, empowerment of women & youth,
- sanskaras to mother and child,
- and providing support and rehabilitation to people in areas effected by natural calamities
- Our Platform is a virtual/physical running event management portal and is providing its technology to book tickets for the event "Run for Girl Child"
Corporate Events:
- Corporate employees are given a complimentary coupon for registration since they are official sponsors for the RUN. The event organizers have the right to ask to show a valid id card for all corporate registrants.
- The organizers have the right to cancel any registrant using corporate coupon in an unauthorized way.
